Product Description

1.Product introduction

This product is a device used for charging and discharging lithium battery pack

modules. The battery voltage data is collected through the external sampling box,     and then the data is transmitted to the module charging and discharging equipment  through the internal CAN communication protocol. The target voltage of the device’s battery module will automatically determine whether to charge or discharge the battery module.


2.Application occasion

It is suitable for high-power charging and discharging the battery module, and charging or discharging the battery as a whole.

3.Functional features

● High-power charging and discharging

The charging power can reach up to 4KW, and the charging voltage can reach 220V; the discharge power can reach 4KW, and the maximum discharge current is 75A;


● Touch-type design

It comes with a 7-inch touch display screen, which can set charging and discharging parameters through the screen. It is simple and convenient to operate without an external PC upper computer.


● Self-diagnosis of equipment

The equipment has output short circuit protection, battery undervoltage protection, battery overvoltage protection, monomer cell inversion protection, chassis

overtemperature protection; automatic alarm of major failure of the equipment, buzzer and indicator light alarm prompt;


● Charge and Discharge Strategy

Charge and discharge the battery according to the intelligent control of the target voltage device, using mode:

Charging: constant current/constant power;  Discharge: constant current/constant power.


● Data  transfer

Support USB flash drive data transfer. After the data is uploaded to the pc, the supporting software can generate data reports; record files can be visually downloaded.


Three charging  and  discharging modes 


● A:Built-in sampling

While charging and discharging the whole module,this product monitors the cell  voltage in real time through the sampling box provided by Zhanyun. In this mode, it can also be used with Zhanyun’s balanced maintainer. Taking the voltage of the equalizer as a reference, the battery module can be charged and discharged.

①The device supports up to 64 series of battery cascades at the same time (must be wired in order);

②Phase sequence detection function (automatic judgment of wiring accuracy);

③Voltage sampling accuracy: error 0.1%FS±2mV (no manual calibration is required, ready to use)

④The sample board has undervoltage protection and overvoltage protection.



B:External sampling

This product can also monitor the monomer cells of the module through external CAN

communication data acquisition. The device interface can flexibly import dbc files of different battery packs and map signals according to monitoring needs.



C:Blind charging mode

This mode does not require the voltage data of a single cell. It only needs the module sampling line to collect the total voltage of the battery module to forcibly charge and discharge the battery.


4.Type instruction

Performance Edition Type N:

● Support external sampling

● Support internal sampling

● Support blind punch mode

Professional Type P:

● Special excitation waveform genetic algorithm

● 30 minutes fast measurement of the SOH of the battery cell

● 30 minutes to calculate the internal resistance of the battery cell

● 30 minutes to quickly assess the consistency of the battery cell

Intelligent Version Type I:

● Rapidly measure the SOH of the battery cell in 2 minutes.

● Acquire the AC impedance spectrum of battery cell in 2 minutes.

● Rapidly detect the consistency of battery cell in 2 minutes
